The Stand In

剧情简介

Emma was abandoned by her biological parents. To save her adoptive mother, she spent two years as the substitute lover of Chris, a ruthless CEO. She groveled in the dust, while her twin sister Mia basked in all the glory — a renowned designer, the eldest daughter of the Foster family, and engaged to a ridiculously wealthy fiancé who worshipped the ground she walked on. Emma thought she would forever remain Mia's shadow — until Mia "accidentally" died. She believed her miserable fate would finally come to an end. But to her shock, the man she had loved for years kicked her aside without hesitation for a "resurrected" Mia. The moment her heart died, she turned around and joined a rival company. At the design competition, she made a stunning finale appearance wearing a custom haute couture gown of her own creation — forcing everyone who had ever trampled on her to kneel and watch her coronation.
